[API Reference Documentation]: Update with missing examples for Runnable Interfaces

Feature request

The API Reference page is missing examples for the following Runnables:

• RouterRunnable
• RunnableAssign
• RunnableBinding
• RunnableEach
• RunnableLambda
• RunnableParallel
• RunnablePick
• RunnableRetry
• RunnableWithFallbacks

I've created a separate repo to illustrate new example suggestions: SkSirius/langchain-js-examples. All examples were tested and are working.

Motivation

I struggled a lot with the learning curve of langchainjs library because of missing examples.
My motivation is to make Runnable interfaces clear for newcomers.

Hello @jacoblee93, I noticed everyone mentions you in discussions to push them forward.
Excuse my ignorance please, as I'm a newbie here.
Just wondering if this is the standard way here to move things forward.

Could you please tell me whether such changes around documentation are greeted and welcomed?
I'm interested in pushing the JS version of the LangChain framework forward and willing to contribute regularly, just starting small.

Also, I've added another discussion topic about the AirTable document loader, wondering if this is something that I can work on. If not, could you maybe point me in the right direction of what would be worth exploring and contributing to? Thank you!

Generally these are difficult to maintain and folks have gravitated towards their own custom implementations - but if it's something you're using and you're up for a PR I would be happy to review!
