Feature request

I would like to be able attach a video into a prompt when using Nova models (Lite and Pro)

Motivation

Currently, there is no way to fully use the multimodality of the Nova models in Bedrock as it's lacking video input support.

Proposal (If applicable)

I am ready to work on that video support feature, but I need som guidance on where to start.
