Check for readmes inside github url not only root #36

Right now, we only check for readme's inside the root of the repo. We should update this to:

still get the readmes in the root of the repo
also check if the url is not to the root, and if so, check if that path has its own readmes

We should combine both readmes when validating content & generating reports
