I recently installed the ChatGPT Desktop app ("ChatGPT_1.1.0_x64.dmg" ) from the GitHub Releases page on my Mac running macOS Catalina 10.15.7. However, the app becomes unresponsive upon launch. Here's a detailed description of the issue:
The app opens, and the interface displays the login/sign-up buttons. However, I cannot interact with the app (e.g., clicking "Log in" or "Sign up" does nothing). The message input box is visible but also unresponsive. Also, the internet connectivity is working fine, and no firewall or VPN is interfering.
I have already reinstalled the app on macOS Catalina 10.15.7; however, the issue didn't get resolved. The app is still unresponsive, and I cannot interact with the interface (Screenshot attached).
Please let me know if there's a fix or if I need to use a specific version of the app.
Thank you!
