Do you know exactly what features I need to enable to make this tutorial work on Windows Optionalfeatures.exe?
Currently I'm enabling all the Application Development Features tab from IIS, because I couldn't pinpoint only the necessary bits, and could not find anywhere for this information. In a FastCGI tutorial, it was told to enable only the CGI option, but that isn't enough to make it all work. Thanks again!

I think the minimum is enabling the three ASP options, and it will be enabling some others dependencies. Didn't need the CGI by the way.

HttpPlatformHandler is an out-of-band component, either you install the Microsoft v1.2 or our open source v2 MSI package.
