add only lock to lock/unlock feature

Missing feature

for more convenience it should be possible to lock the device by removing the mooltipass card.

Justification

it is a security issue to use the same login password for every system but the lock feature is very nice.
If a feature like lock only is implemented you only have to remove the card to lock mooltipass and system.

Workarounds

remove the mooltipass card and lock system by hand

basically you'd like to skip the credential output prompt when unlocking the card?
