Why / problem

A Teams beta user reported they were facing the following problem:

whats the logic for if an app server is up or down?

about once a week, I gotta restart the container so that the app server in a deployment group goes from App servers: 0 to App servers: 1, even though the container is indeed running

I was trying to help him debug the problem, but without more log messages from the app server, it's hard

We should adds more logs around our WebSocket connection then. :)
