希望在FEATURE_FLAGS中可以設定online_search功能，讓使用者可以依自己的需求設定。

🧐 解决方案

在FEATURE_FLAGS的允許設定清單中新增online_search的項目，
deploy的時候設定FEATURE_FLAGS="-online_search"，
就能將智能聯網功能關閉，不提供給使用者使用
