Does logto allow session changes, such as changing a user's role on the fly?

Does logto allow changing the session, also for the currently active sessions of other users?

@notflip Hey! Good question, I'm also interested in such flow. For example, the most common situation I think can be when the user creates an account an we want to assign some kind of default role to it with base set or rules/scopes.
