When I try the command:

I get the output:

I'm with the latest pip version (==22.0.3) and still get this error.
I get this message when I try to install aim==3.4.1 or aimrocks==0.0.10

ChatGPT + a little luck/insight --> pip install aim==2.1.0

Worked for me.
