path issue while launching the solr server

Hi,

I think you need to add a step mentioning we need to repackage solr-4.10.0.tgz by removing extra folder solr-4.10.0 or else in SolrMaster fails launching because it does not resolve the path /solr/bin/solr. I fixed it locally by making /solr/solr-4.10.0/bin/solr.
