I was simply trying to extract the files for the demo discs backgrounds (named COVDISC.VLC in most Euro Demo discs) in hopes to make GIFs out of them, but unfortunately they come in .VLC files (needless to say, they aren't for VLC media player) which do not appear to be supported by the extractor. and there's no mention of this format anywhere.
I found a mention in nocash's docs, and it's apparently a file format for images and looping short animations but... well... since I'm not a developer, I really don't know what I can do with that info.

Thank you for reporting this. I think there's something in that game worth exploring further. I'll add it to the list of games that need special handling for future enhancements. Unfortunately support for it won't be added any time soon. 🙁
No problem! I mean, it's not an urgency or anything, it would mostly be useful to get accurate GIFs on my end. :P
Take it easy, and thanks for your work! 💪
