The webpage https://www.umweltv.at/kalender/abfallkalender/ has the whole schedule for every community and every street for whole Vorarlberg. It would be very helpful too have this added.
There might be a way to grab the data from that webpage for individual addresses.

The data on the webpage is provided for each village in a dropdown menu followed by the possibility to enter or select the street in the community. After entering the address the number for the streetaddress has to be selcted.
After that the schedule is shown in a table.

For certain villages, which are too small to have the collection split into several days, there is no adress option. Just the whole community as one. For example the adress mentioned above in "Sulz". There won't be an adress selection, so the street is irrelevant.

If this is really "html or webpage", as selcted in collection data format, unfortunately i cannot say. Looks like something Java... My knowledge in this field is limited, so please apologize if the information is wrong.

Edit: Added the hint, that not all communities have an address selection, as they are to small and are done in one day and not split into multiple days for the collection.
