Toolkit on map to display information at a specific location

New Feature

Display a Toolkit with a custom image and attributed string. Also custom corner radius, background color, without having to use custom annotation views.

Why

I saw that the Javascript SDK has a Toolkit feature to display on map some information. I wanted to know if we can have something like this on mobile without having to create a custom annotation view.
