Search function through tsx files

I'm strugling to find my files when I have large amounts

A search box on the project window, can be hidden until user presses Ctrl-F

Have you tried the Open File in Project view (Ctrl+P, or File > Open File in Project)? That has a search.

I too would like a filter/search within the Project view though. As it is, I don't find it very useful.
