Ocean of errors

The number of errors I encountered this weekend is mind-blowing. The site crashed when trying to work on several tasks, no ability to save completed tasks, no ability to download new tasks. At this moment it is practically impossible to work with the platform.

I'm sorry that you are running into issues. I'm not sure exactly what is happening in your workflows that is causing all these bugs. From what I can tell, the ability to download new tasks should still work, same for saving completed tasks, though there is one issue that is actively being looked into related to the completion flow.

As for the site crashing when working on multiple tasks, I haven't seen this issue and haven't heard it brought up recently. (There was a lot of work on that feature a while back.)

I will keep these issues in mind when developing the app and look out for what you might be referring to. However, it would be very useful if you could provide the specific workflows you are using and the specific widgets, form fields, pages, links, etc. Anything you think could help us reproduce your issues would be much appreciated and would make resolving them faster.

The errors are related to Firefox, verification on Chromium this morning showed that they happen while they are not so severe. (Working with the project: https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/43754)

1. Unable to select multiple tasks "Start Bundling Task"
2. After finishing work I received a message about inability to save
3. Very often I could not download tasks, this has already been reported by someone earlier
4. Moving on to the next tasks also generated an error.

Maproulette is my favorite platfprmma to work with OSM and I would very much like to see changes go for the better. I know that my use of the platform is quite unusual and very intensive, so probably my way of working differs from the typical, but I would like it to be easier and faster, not harder.

Could you explain point 3 a little bit more? Maybe how to reproduce the issue?

Everything else seems to be related to task bundling. A PR, likely to be merged within the next week, should significantly improve bundling functionality and resolve a lot of this issues you pointed out. You can check it out here: PR #2524. It's also deployed on staging-old.maproulette.org if you’d like to test the enhancement early—your feedback/testing could help us identify and fix any issues with your workflows to get the issues resolved in an earlier deployment.
