Task completion buttons (on tagfix challenges) don't react on mobile #2544

Describe the bug
When in the mobile view, none of the buttons to complete a tagfix-challenge work.

Expected behavior
The solution selected (Yes, No, Skip, Can't complete,...) does the thing they it's expected to do

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start solving a tagfix-Challenge on mobile
Klick one of the buttons for a solution
Nothing happens

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Android
Browser: Tested in Chrome and Firefox
