Changing Windows Edition w/ MAS to LTSC Edtions #793

Hello =) I extracted the SKU´s from an Win 10 (IOT) Enterprise LTSC Installation located at C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\sku and copied them over to an Windows 10 pro Installation and after an Reboot MAS offered to change the edition from Win10 Pro to IOT Enterprise LTSC and it worked also it Activated Properly! (Tested it with 2 VM´s ) So far so good. The Question that surfaced now is if the System now gets updates till 2032 or is it still stuck with the Win10 Pro update channel? maybe an Idea for MAS to change that if it is not actually changed by the Edition change?' edit: No eval edition of Windows 10 IOT enterprise LTSC was used! |
