- cupcake pan or 14oz (4in diameter) ramakin

- measuring cups
- measuring spoons
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp milk
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Put all the batter ingredients into a bowl and mix them up with a fork
- butter the inside of 2 cupcake pan molds or 1 ramakin and coat with flour (or alternatively use parchment paper)
- Pour the batter into its baking containers
- Bake cupcakes for 10 min or minicake for 20 min or until a knife/toothpick comes out clean
- Mix all the frosting ingredients together while the cake(s) cool
- Frost the cake and eat it
- you can replace half the flour with cocao powder for a chocolate cake
