Feature Request: Donation/Financial Support documentation

After briefly speaking with @eli-schwartz on IRC, I am looking for documentation on how one may financially contribute/sponsor the meson project.

Having a single entity to contribute funds to support the meson project would be ideal.

I think that what makes the most sense here is something like this:

• The meson organization currently isn't in need and doesn't accept donations
• The best way to fund meson development is to fund individual developers to keep working on it
  • provide a list of meson developers who "at the time of writing", provide a mechanism to donate to them

I think that I am currently the only person who lists such a thing, though... (arguably that solves the "having a single entity would be ideal" topic 🤣)
