Inconsistent angles between direct and scattered beams in sketch

In screens/visualization/sketch.py, the line of the direct beam goes from pulsar to the telescope (which is generally slightly off the Earth-to-pulsar axis), while the thetas for the scattered beams are measured from the Earth's centre. This leads to inconsistencies in the angles between these two types beams.
