Description of the new feature / enhancement

Have an opacity slider for the spotlight colour when highlighting the mouse

Scenario when this would be used?

It would benefit in two ways
1: To clearly see what your mouse is around without so it isn't as jarring when the overlay is removed.
2: To be able to use the spotlight as a highlighter removing distraction from where the mouse is not during conferencing
