Translation may be we merged it in too late. @jaimecbernardo for dup classic context menu

The duplicate is a dup from the issue: #20255
The Win11 tier1 menu is a msix package we have to install and ends up duping with the classic context menu. At the time we couldn't find a solution that also supported keeping the context menus on for the cases where the win11 tier 1 menus don't install or show properly. Something to revisit soon to see if we can find an adequate solution now. One idea might be sharing the same dll to see if that helps.

In Notepad++ we have the issue had to implement the context menu item twice (the dllhost.exe way, and the old way), to ensure everyone sees the menu entry.
This has caused a lot of issues, since the two implementations have to communicate, so only one of them is shown at a time.
I don't think that is the issue you are seeing here, since it is quiet unique to the way I had to do it.

I noticed that: installing with winget: menu voices are in english.
installing manually from the official installer: menu voices are in italian.
