Steps to reproduce

Open Windows Explorer and right-click on a folder in the Quick Access list on the left side. The issue does not appear to happen on regular directory folders or files.

This same thing happened to me, I updated to version 0.86.0 and it stopped happening, but a while later it happens again.

I just saw that it didn't stop doing it when updating and then start doing it again after a while, but that it doesn't happen with folders, but for example, with png, jpg, wav, mp3, mp4, txt or exe, it does duplicate both power rename and locksmith.
