Description of the new feature / enhancement

It seems simple enough, but over time many things get installed, and the explorer shortcut menu (atleast on windows 10) becomes huge. I don't need all these things, I don't use all these things, I would love to have a cleaner shortcut menu.

As a PowerToys user I would love the ability to turn on or off the display of items in the shortcut menu from a utility. There are tools out there which, in today's day and age, are questionable. Having something from Microsoft, even if not supported officially, would be "safer" than downloading some public internet bloatware.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would be used in any case where a user wants to edit the main explorer shortcut menu, on either windows 10 or windows 11.
