Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

Describe the issue

Hello,

using CoE in two environments TEST and PROD. Non of them getting actual data. I have new apps and environments and non of them are propagated in CoE tables. I kind of lost to track what flows should i check and where i could find issues. Is there some options how to troubleshoot this besides install new CoE?

To troubleshoot the issue of CoE not propagating new apps and environments in tables, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the identity running the flows has the correct licenses and roles assigned permanently. Specifically, validate that the user has the Power Platform Admin Role permanently and directly assigned ​.
  2. Check if the identity running the flows has all the correct permissions and that those permissions are assigned permanently​.
  3. Verify if the Driver flow completed after you configured it. You can do this by checking the Admin > Sync Template v4 (Driver) ​.

Regarding Admin > Sync Template v4 (Driver). Should this be still on and running? As somewhere i read that this flow is optional. Yesterday i tried in test to turn it ON as per my understand it should refresh all CoE items. I faced issues with connection to PowerPlatform for Admins V2. I had to open this and its child flow and fix the connection and save it. Im affraid that by this action i created unmanaged layer. Then i turned it on and run. Today in test data seems to be updated.

Questions:
How to fix connection to Power Platform for Admins V2 withou making unmanaged layers?
Does this flow Sync Template v4 (Driver) and its child flow HELPER - Driver Escalation Check be turned on and running periodically?
