Describe the issue

Hi, I have found that there are some flows in Flow table (admin_flow) marked as deleted. These flows shouldn't have been marked as deleted since they are actively used and keep the "Started" flow status.

@oburgoscr : To assist with troubleshooting, could you please provide the following details:

  • From the Power Apps Maker Portal, connect to the environment where these flows are created.
  • Query the 'Process' table and provide the following information for the flows you have issues with: 'Status' and 'Component State'. (Example screenshot below)

This information will help us identify the root cause of the issue. If you need any further assistance or clarification, please reach out.

Hi, I couldn't find the flows in the Process table. They are located in the Personal Productivity environment, so I navigated to that environment, opened the Process table, and searched for the flow…

However, I do see them in the Flows table within the COE environment.

@oburgoscr Can you please confirm if you have the Power Platform Administrator role assigned as Direct and Permanent as shown below? This would let you access the flows to the Personal Productivity environment.
