Upgrade option not showing while installing new version of coe core components solution

I have Coe 4.37 version is installed in my production environment. While trying to upgrade it to 4.45 version I am not grtting the option "Upgrade" or "Update". Is it normal?

Also, There is a flow having unmanged layer and I want to keep it. I dont want to remove the unamanged layer now.

The flow name is " Env Request | Create Approved environment".

@iamaninda93 Could you confirm whether you are importing the Managed solution and not the Unmanaged one?

Yes I am importing the managed solution. I have got it from Coe starter kit November version Zip .

@iamaninda93 That's strange that no 'Update' or 'Upgrade' option is appearing during the Managed solution import. From your screenshot, I can see that a previous version is already installed.
Can you try importing a different Managed solution and confirm the behavior? If the issue persists across all Managed solutions, you may want to contact the Microsoft Support team.

@iamaninda93 While importing the solution, we are supposed to see the Solution Update Options.
The issue you are facing is related to solution import behavior and unfortunately, we cannot directly resolve this. Could you please log a Microsoft support ticket for further assistance?
