New version number

4.11.0

OpenCV 4.11 has just been released: https://github.com/opencv/opencv/releases/tag/4.11.0

CC @cenit: i presume it makes sense to first get #42371 merged before this upgrade so that you don't lose all of that work?

yes. but at the same time i am lost about the regression on rtab-map. any help is appreciated

i'm afraid i can't help here - besides lack of time i'm also not familiar with these things, sorry. i hope someone else can help you out!
(i also have no urgent need for 4.11; just saw it in my timeline and raised the issue so that it's being tracked)
