toast panel popup occurs when I go to use Github jCopilot in VSCode.

"Your firewall appears to be improperly blocking access GitHub Copilot services."

Then I get the message in the Coplit chat data entry field "Language model unavailable". It seems to be workspace specific because it only happens in some of my workspaces.
