Server starts without problems but unable to get stream

Hi. I'm using your code with a chinese camera that has the udp stream. I have already username, password and deviceid so, i edited the code harcoding these values: the server starts without problems but i am not able to view the stream with vlc.
Using AVAPI inside an Android app i am able to show the stream.
