rootCoord node start error

I tried start multiple rootcoord . first rootcoord pod can start successfully, however the second pod won't start up and crashloops with "[WARN] [retry/retry.go:46] ["retry func failed"] [retried=0] [error="function CompareAndSwap error for compare is false for key: rootcoord"]".
What is the problem?

milvus version: 2.5.2

Possible reason: rootcoord.activeStandby.enabled should be true

also we recommend to use 2.5.4 in production env since we've seen data loss issue on 2.5.2 && 2.5.3
