Context

In January 2025, APC Prod's NAT Gateway service processes 14,924.987 GB of data at a cost of $746.25

Proposal

Visualise VPC flow log data to try and identify any traffic we can make use of VPC endpoint or cache, for example ECR pull through cache for EKS workloads

Spike requirements

DevOps. 2 days

Definition of Done

  • VPC flow log traffic reviewed
  • Any efficiencies identified
  • Issues raised for any follow on work
