Error on 'ember test'

When running
ember test --server or ember test

I am getting the following error:
Error: Could not find module npm:urljs imported from prime/tests/helpers/ember-cli-mocha-reporter at http://localhost:7357/assets/vendor.js, line 228

Apparently commit 0fda674e2be4b35f5ea70eacda194e38bfcbc81a is not released and it's causing this problem.

@mmelvin0 Can you you cut a release for this problem?

Huh, I'm having this issue even with ember-browserify installed at project level.

I am as well. I have ember-browersify at project level as well and getting the same error as above
