Gitlab MCP Server can't start

Describe the bug
The GitLab MCP Server fails to start and displays the error message: spawn npx ENOENT spawn npx ENOENT.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
In the CLI environment, the GitLab server fails to start normally.
However, after adding an export token, the server starts successfully.

Expected Behavior
The GitLab server should start normally without requiring manual token export.

Possible Fix?
Looking forward to any solutions. Thanks!
