image update problem

Describe the bug

a few of my developer friends are having the same problem, I change test.png and restart, but the image won't update until I reconnect to the server.

I also started having problems with SVGs, almost 10 of my 20 systems are SVGs, these problems are new

Steps to reproduce

does not refresh after restarting, refreshes after exiting and entering

Version

Server: mtasa-1.6-rc-22951-20250208
Client: 1.6 (I deleted the game and downloaded it again, probably the latest version)
