[Feature]: Make installing tcr on an existing repo easier

Feature Request

I was frustrated when I tried to setup tcr on an existing repo. I copied the tcr install files from kata-bowling-game, one particular point is that in my repo, the code was at the root, whereas it is not the same in the katas. I had to patch a few shell files to get this working.

Feature Description

• Avoid full paths that assume that we are in a /<lang>/ dir. Use relative paths in shell scripts as much as possible
• Look for other ways to simplify the installation to an existing repo

Alternatives

Here are ideas I had to make this installation even more easy:

• Have tcrw download the install files
• Publish tcr as a package in package managers (brew, chocolatey, etc...) (cf [Feature]: install TCR using a package manager #253)
