System markings (Tempo, Rehearsal mark etc.) don't appear in parts, if they changed position in score before part creation #26930

Description with steps to reproduce

  1. Open String quartet template
  2. Add Tempo
  3. Drag this Tempo
  4. Open parts

4.5/4.6 nightly

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds

The tempo is there in the parts, but gobbled up by the multirest (if you turn them off it will reappear).

A variant:

  • Create a score
  • Add a tempo
  • Open part (tempo will be there)
  • Drag tempo in score
  • Return to part (tempo will be gone)
  • Turn multirests off; tempo appears in duplicate:
