I’ll try to work around this. Might be that this will only work with using CouchDB (dbUrl option set to CouchDB / Cloudant URL) for now

It works with CouchDB (dbUrl option). It’s not working when using POuchDB on the server until this is fixed: pouchdb/pouchdb-server#214
