Error when installing with Docker

Hello. I am having trouble installing tortoise-tts when using the Docker install instructions. I am on an M4 Mac Mini. When I run the docker build . -t tts command I get the following error:

After a few decades of dabbling in the command line and trying to learn programming, I am still awful. Thanks for helping point me in the right direction!
