Moving the postgress database to another dedicated host ???

Hi,

Running AIO for >1 year without any issue.

I have recently setup a new Ubuntu server entirely dedicated to RDBMS. It runs (only) both MariaDB and Postgress on SDD.

I would like to know if there's a way to move my existing AIO postgress database to that database server and how would this config be done.
My question is not about doing the database dump from nextcloud-aio-database container and load it into my postgress server, I can do that.
What I need guidelines on, is how to reconfigure nextcloud AIO so it doesn't use its own database container but plugs onto my own database server. If it is possible at all.
If you think its too cumbersome because AIO doesn't offer that possibility, that it will over-complicate things and that I will possibly run into issues on each AIO upgrade.... then I dont touch anything and let it like it is now.

Reading all the disadvantages listed, it looks like pretty cumbersome and I think I am not going to do anything and let the postgress db containerized
