Condition settings don't stay and condition can't be saved

Bug description

When creating a condition the settings for the period, tags and behavior don't stay the way I set them. This makes it impossible to save the condition as I get One or more actions are missing a required setting error.

Steps to reproduce

1. include climate and device tracker entities
2. create a schedule
3. create condition and select a device tracker
4. select a period, tag and behavior
