Currently the timer entities are only supported for using in conditions (same applies for some other entity types such as sensors).
So a timer cannot be started/stopped via a schedule, but you can create a schedule that checks if a certain timer entity is active.
If you wish to start/stop a timer via a schedule, you need to add the necessary actions yourself. You can use the customize YAML option for this (see documentation for examples).

Bug description
Hello,
The timer entities from Home Assistant are not transferred to the Scheduler Card after selecting them and pressing “Save”.
See screenshots
Home Assistant restart or system restart do not provide a solution.
Otherwise great integration and work.

Steps to reproduce
Tried several times to create a schedule with a timer entity.
Again and again no selection possible in the Scheduler Card.
