Data is taken (script-based download) from "DMS Assays"-->"Substitutions" and "Multiple Sequence Alignments"-->"DMS Assays" data from https://proteingym.org/download. Run the following to download and extract the ProteinGym data and subsequently to get the predictions/the performance on those datasets.
