[Phase 1 - User Deletion] Add option in user's profile to be able to delete the account #84

Right now if a user wants to delete his account, it's impossible.
What should happen for this to be possible is:

Add a button Delete (in bulgarian of course) in the user view
Implement the logic for the delete button to actually delete

Make the button "point" to an actionresult in the user's main controller for deletion.
After deletion return dashboard view (homepage)
