Resetting the password in the Nim forum does not work - Signing up with a new account doesn't work either

A few months ago, I posted about this issue here: https://forum.nim-lang.org/t/12603#77648

Unfortunately, I recently tried again and encountered the same problem: "Couldn't send email." If I try to sign up with my existing email, it says "Email already exists," and if I use a different email to register, I still get the same "Couldn't send email" error.

If we care about increasing Nim's adoption, I believe this should be treated as a high-priority issue. It seems that new users haven’t been able to sign up for the forum for several months. How many potential contributors or users might we have lost during this time?
