Take ownership of and update the nlohmann.json NuGet package

Hello,

I use nlohmann/json with the Vezel.Zig.Sdk. For that, I have to include a .NET NuGet package. This package is located here: https://nuget.org/packages/nlohmann.json.
As you can see, the version of the package is still on 3.11.2 and is not owned by Niels Lohmann.

I propose that this is changed, the NuGet package ownership is transferred, and updates are pushed as they are released on this repo.

Indeed there is currently no response from the current maintainer, see hnkb/nlohmann-json-nuget#9. However, I have no capacity to take care of that package.

FYI, the package now has been updated and a cronjob has been set up to keep the package updated in the future.
