Hi,

I'm attempting to get this to work on a Windows Machine that has Visual Studio 2017 installed but ran into issues where cmake doesn't find Visual Studio.

Would it be possible to include pre-built DLL's or EXE's for Windows?

I was able to build these EXEs and DLLs but they just seem to be hardcoded examples and I just want a general purpose converter to batch encode images into HEIC/HEIF.
