Summary

With the addition of Hyku and the changes in AWS, we want to move to a new AWS stack that will help to reduce or maintain costs while providing more efficiency.

Acceptance Criteria

to be added by Rob

  • a

Testing instructions

Once application is on new stack.

  • add a work with a file and confirm it works
  • test workflows on atla hyku
  • add new tenant on atla hyku
  • Do an import on dl.atla
