Audio files will not show UV - this was part of "Phase 7" and used to work

When the work was done toward the DL starting to host content (Phase 7 SOW April 26, 2021) we had the UV set up to show audio and video. Video is working, audio is not.

• when i tried to load some by CSV import the UV shows but does not play the file - http://dl.atla.com/concern/works/sx61f491x?locale=en

• When i try to create a work manual in the work edit form it doesnt even show the UV or a download button , i have tried multiple times to add files here http://dl.atla.com/concern/works/th83mh298?locale=en

Acceptance

• Audio files will play in UV
